Autumn Covid Vaccinations
Clinics for Covid Vaccinations are now available to be booked into via the Practice. All eligible patients will receive a message to their mobile phone with a link to book an appointment.
All Covid clinics are held, as previously at Jubilee Medical Practice.
Clinics start from 28th September on various dates for eligible patients - over 65 years old, under 65 year old who are clinically vulnerable, immunosuppressed and anyone in their households including carers and frontline and social care staff.
Patients can also contact the surgery to be booked into a Covid vaccination clinic on 01325 528000.
